Box Off The Streets

Box off the streets

Box off the streets is an early intervention & diversionary program aimed at 11- 19 year olds who are disengaged and or experiencing disadvantage and hardship. The program runs twice a week on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s and aims to provide fitness and mentorship for youth who are doing it tough.

The program is lead by Toby O’Regan a personal trainer, life coach and youth worker and run by volunteers from the health and fitness industry, professional fighters and former participants in the program.

Young people are invited to attend or sit in on a no-pressure session to see what the program is about. No formal referral necessary, though a quick registration form will be required before physical activity commences.
